Sprague Law knows that not every case should go to trial. While the firm is willing to try virtually any case, the needs of the client come first, and resolution through mediation or arbitration may be the most cost effective and expedient means of serving our clients. We have good working relationships with mediators of all levels of experience and fee structure. Knowing which mediators will be most effective for a given case, often makes the difference between settlement success or failure.
